The three pillar mission of Birdies 4 Bipolar:

Educate and assist individuals living with mental illness and their families to recognize the difference between truth and the false stigma’s surrounding all mental illness.  These conditions include: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Chronic Depression, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Schizophrenia, Substance Abuse and Bipolar Disorder. Twenty-four percent of the population has been diagnosed with some form of mental illness.
Generate funds for United States military and amputee Veterans in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois region that are living with mental illness to participate in recreational therapy golf leagues and compete in bi-state golf competitions.  Golf is a tremendous form of outdoor recreational therapy that helps to bridge social interaction among our nations Veterans.

Conduct and host mental health awareness golf fundraising events and stand-up comedy shows in different cities within the United States. Proceeds from these events are then funneled into local mental health organizations in these respective cities in order to promote the science of well-being.
